At PCF, no matter what type of group fitness class we do, we center it around becoming stronger as you remain safe and work toward your goals. Our group classes range from intelligently programmed Strong Life, which is resistance and conditioning to make you strong, lean and resilient, Tabata (based on cardio and core) and Smarter High Intensity Interval Training, as well as the use of TRX Suspension Training and much more more. So yes, you will get cardio and endurance training as well. But don’t feel like you can’t do those things because we help you, we modify, we take care of you. You will learn the proper way to lift, you will learn how to stabilize your entire body to keep you safe and doing this for years to come.
